The ingredients are good and the packaging is nice, but beyond that, I'm struggling to find any real positives... First off, the smell is just awful - it's like something rotten? It's hard to describe, but it's definitely an unpleasant odor. The brightening effect is barely noticeable, and it doesn't last long at all. The glow it gives is more like an oily shine, and after a while, it dries out completely. But it's not a nice matte finish - it feels like your skin is cracking. This issue persists even in summer. It's especially bad around the nose, where it really builds up. Since it's made by Difa and others seem to like it, I thought maybe I was applying it wrong. So I tried using my hands, using a puff, patting it in, smoothing it out, and even stepped up my skincare routine. But I think the problem is with the sunscreen itself. I really can't recommend this. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I was hoping this would work for me, but it just didn't deliver. The lack of proper hydration left my skin feeling tight and uncomfortable. If you have super sensitive skin like me, you might want to patch test first, as it caused some redness and irritation on my face. The pilling around the nose is a real issue, making it difficult to layer with other products. Overall, it's not worth the hassle, especially considering there are better options available in the market that provide both sun protection and skincare benefits without these drawbacks. - so********Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 11, 2025
I've been using this product for about a year now, and I must have gone through around 12 of them. That's how much I love it! My skin is a combination of oily and dry, but leaning more towards the dry side. This cream applies smoothly without any pilling, and it seems to brighten my complexion the more I use it. The best part? It's always on a buy-one-get-one-free deal at Olive Young, which is why I keep coming back for more. I wholeheartedly recommend this product! The only slight disappointment was that the scent wasn't as pleasant as I had hoped. But it's not a deal-breaker. Make sure to follow up with powder after applying this cream.
