This essence requires mixing the active ingredients by twisting the bottom of the container just before use. Initially colorless, it turns red when mixed. It has a faint grape juice-like scent and a thin consistency, almost like a toner. However, when applied, it feels slightly oily. The oil content makes it spread smoothly, but it doesn't absorb quickly. You need to gently massage it in for proper absorption. After absorption, your skin feels firmer and more taut. While it can't tackle deep wrinkles, with consistent use, it seems to manage fine lines effectively. It's hydrating enough that in summer, you might not need an additional moisturizer to maintain that dewy feel. Due to the oil content, it feels moisturizing for an essence, but over time you might experience some deep dryness. It feels like there's oil blended in. After cleansing, I pump it twice, apply and pat it in - it absorbs well into my skin. There's no pilling, and despite its light consistency, I was worried it might be drying, but it's incredibly hydrating! Usually when I layer an emulsion and oil, it can feel like it's sitting on top of my skin, but this product absorbs so well that it feels amazing! The only downside is the small amount of product. Even if I stock up during sales...

I bought it during a sale and have been using it well. I decided to look it up on the Hwahae app. After searching the ingredients, I'm concerned about some potentially harmful components. If I had known earlier, I would have checked before buying. I probably won't purchase it again. This product is a wine-colored ampoule + oil combo. Although it contains fragrance, the scent is quite subtle. I appreciate that it's not overpowering. Unlike some poorly-absorbing, low-quality oils with questionable ingredients often found at Olive*, this one absorbs well without leaving an excessively greasy feeling. It's quite nice! I prefer oils to sticky creams, so I apply this resveratrol ampoule after my toner and essence. It keeps my skin from getting dry during the cold seasons. I've tried various FirstLab products before, and they often had subpar ingredients, were sticky, and didn't absorb well. However, this product is different - it's actually good! It's the only FirstLab product I truly like and the best one they offer in my opinion. I liked the product so much that I checked the price on Hwahae, and was shocked to see it's 15,000 won for just 10ml! At first, I was skeptical, but I bought 4 bottles. After using just one, my skin responded! It feels bouncy and smooth, with a noticeable difference. Great value for the price and effectiveness! The only downside is that once diluted, the ampoule needs to be used up quickly. For an extra bouncy finish, apply this cream after your toner and serum.

It doesn't suit my facial skin, so I've relegated it to my neck. Even on the neck, it's good. On my face, it doesn't agree with my skin and makes my pores more noticeable. It also causes blemishes. It's good to apply on the neck too.

I love that it's packed with antioxidants, so I use it hoping it'll be beneficial. I've noticed my skin texture becoming smoother and my complexion brightening, which is great. The amount is a bit... small. But if you use it as a treatment mask rather than a daily product, it's not too little. It's really convenient to apply when you're exhausted and don't feel like putting on anything else.
