Excellent adherence and lightweight foundation, easy to use No major issues, except for the slightly higher price - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJul 24, 2018
Guerlain enthusiasts would probably give this product three stars based on the brand name alone, but it doesn't offer any extraordinary wow factor. You might find similar products among more affordable options. The coverage is lacking, so a concealer is a must. On days when your makeup just won't cooperate, it's best to avoid this product. The color is beautiful. The texture is thin and applies smoothly. Surprisingly, it has more coverage than I expected. It becomes extremely dry after a while. Even with a stronger base or mixing it with oil, it's just dry. Despite trying to make it work due to the high price, it's a disappointment. None... - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAug 14, 2017
Great coverage and adherence, perfect for summer application. Although I bought it in winter, I didn't use it then. Now I'm using it frequently and loving it. It's quite drying. In winter, you need to mix it with oil as it's too drying to use on its own. If you mix it with oil in winter, it makes your skin look fantastic. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAug 4, 2017
I have combination dehydrated skin that's lacking moisture. When I was younger, my skin was oily, but it seems to be transitioning to dry skin as I age. This product is hydrating while also providing good coverage and long-lasting wear. It would have been even better if the price was a bit more reasonable. - vi********Oily SkinSensitive SkinJul 30, 2017
Strangely, while BB creams and foundations usually cause my acne to flare up, this one doesn't trigger any breakouts at all... I can't figure out why. As a foundation nomad, I've tried almost everything, and 80% of products make my sensitive skin break out. But this one, despite its questionable ingredients, somehow doesn't... Curious. Plus, it makes my skin look beautiful. I have pale, oily skin, but this doesn't make me look yellow or dull. What's the word I'm looking for... oxidizing! That doesn't happen at all with this. It doesn't get greasy or dry out my skin, making it the best foundation I've ever used. No blemishes, no pilling, not oily, not drying, doesn't clog pores, pretty packaging, and applies smoothly... It's clearly the ultimate foundation. I had no idea the ingredients were like this... The strange thing is, the ingredients aren't that different from other foundations that caused breakouts. Is it the formulation? Is it because it's lightweight? The ingredients and price are its biggest drawbacks. But why doesn't it cause blemishes? I'm still puzzled... (I've been using it for 12 months, so it's not related to seasons or skin condition. Other foundations cause immediate breakouts.) It pairs well with Sidmool Ultra Sun Cream. Foundations can be greatly affected by sunscreens, but there's no pilling with this combination, so it must be a good match. Also, there's no need to fuss with brushes or cushion puffs. Just pat it on with your fingers, and use a foundation brush to smooth out areas with large pores. On good skin days, you might achieve that coveted 'glass skin' look. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinJun 5, 2017
It absorbs so thinly and adheres to the skin beautifully. However, when used alone, the coverage is a bit light, so I mixed it with concealer or other foundations. This actually improved both the longevity and the adherence to my skin. Despite its watery, hydrating texture, it feels a bit drying on the skin. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 28, 2017
The skin finish is truly beautiful! I have oily skin that's prone to dehydration, so foundations often look patchy on me. But even on days when I didn't use a primer, this foundation rarely looked cakey. The staying power is incredible! I used shade 31, which I think might be the prettiest color in the entire Guerlain foundation range. I didn't notice at first, but the more I used it, the more blemishes seemed to appear... I don't even have super sensitive skin, but it still caused issues. The skin finish is so beautiful that I tried to keep using it, but lately I've had to stop because of the breakouts. It's a dream when paired with a primer! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinApr 17, 2017
It was generally satisfactory without any particular drawbacks. Those who dislike heavy makeup will be pleased with this. The coverage was a bit lacking, and it seems to have insufficient staying power for oily skin during summer. - do***Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 12, 2017
1. Excellent adherence to skin 2. Thin consistency allows for easy, lightweight application 3. Enhances the appearance of those with already good skin 1. Price point 2. Ingredient list 3. Limited coverage 4. May cause eye irritation 5. Poor longevity 6. Matte finish (can cause tightness in the U-zone)
