As you wear it, it becomes less hydrating. While it's more moisturizing than IOPE, it still tends to emphasize dead skin cells. It's somewhat in-between - not quite one thing or another.

Great for when you just want to even out your skin tone without worrying too much about coverage. It gives a slightly brighter but natural look. Feels moisturizing. Touchups are easy too.
