My daughter with atopic dermatitis only uses this. She says other products make her itchy. It's expensive domestically, so I order from overseas. The shipping costs add up, and I have to stock up, which takes up space in my storage and is inconvenient. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 14, 2020
It's gentle. The vanilla scent gives a fresh and mild feeling. While it's gentle, the hydration is very poor. The biggest issue is that it caused the worst scalp blemishes and dead skin cells I've ever experienced, to the point where I need to visit a clinic... - co*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 6, 2018
We've been using this for our little one from about 18 months old until now, past 4 years. It's gentle, smells lovely, and it's great all around. We use it from head to toe! I even use it myself occasionally. By the way, the packaging changed quite a while ago, but the photo here is really outdated. There's nothing particularly bad about it. Maybe that the scent doesn't last long? But I figure that's because baby products have fewer harmful ingredients, so it's understandable. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinFeb 3, 2018
The fragrance and ingredients are great. I've repurchased it and use it daily. There's nothing really bad about it. Actually, there's nothing bad at all. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 29, 2018
I'm using this when bathing my 100-day-old baby~ The fragrance is lovely and the ingredients look great, so I'm really pleased with it! The pump dispenser is a bit challenging - it dispenses too much product when pressed. When washing the baby, I need both hands, so using it one-handed is tricky. I only want to wash the baby's hair a little, but a lot comes out at once, which is frustrating. I wish they would improve the pump dispenser. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAug 14, 2017
I bought this product after checking the ingredients. Personally, I liked the scent. My baby had no blemishes before, but after using the wash and emulsion, small bumps appeared from the scalp to the face and back. I immediately stopped using it and went back to the Earth Mama products I was using before, which quickly resolved the issue. I'm not sure why this happened. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJun 12, 2017
The foam is just right, and it's gentle enough for babies. It's a safe choice overall... While it doesn't give an overwhelming wow factor, that's probably because it's free from unnecessary additives. It doesn't provide much hydration, so you might want to follow up with a rich moisturizer. - ia*********Normal SkinApr 4, 2017
A gentle foaming cleanser with a light feel. It's not the slippery type. It's not widely available in Korea and can only be purchased from limited locations. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinMar 31, 2017
It seems like a great product for the price. We've only used this for our baby. The fragrance might be a bit strong for babies. It's a bit inconvenient that it doesn't have a pump. - by*******Dry SkinFeb 27, 2017
The lather was just right, making it pleasant to use. Even when some got in my eyes while washing my hair, it didn't sting or cause discomfort. The level of dryness after rinsing seems normal. You can always apply an emulsion afterwards to address that.
