The only positive thing I can say is that it's black in color. That's about it... I've never in my life used an eyeliner that smudges this badly. I used to use Kiss Me (boycotting now) and was looking for a pencil liner when I saw this on a 1+1 deal. After just a few hours, it creates those old-school 'fish lines' under my eyes. Unlike other eyeliners, this one doesn't smudge at all and glides on smoothly for easy application While it doesn't smudge over time, it may come off in one piece It works well when layered over other eyeliners. I recommend buying it during buy-one-get-one-free promotions

I love the thin pen tip, and the formula comes out smoothly and with rich pigmentation. This eyeliner smudges like crazy (though it could just be my eyes...). Even with the slightest blink, it spreads, and what started as a thin line somehow ends up covering a third of my eyelid. After it dries a bit, any eye movement causes the liner to crack and flake off like it's going through a drought. - The color applies evenly. Being a liquid, it doesn't have the typical skipping issue of brush pens. - Generous amount of product. I've been using it for almost 6 months now. - The tip is made of sponge, which makes it difficult to draw thin, precise lines. - It keeps getting on my eyelashes. This seems common with all liquid liners though. - Once applied, it's hard to correct. You can quickly remove small mistakes with your fingernail, but major adjustments are challenging. - Slight smudging. If I apply it in the morning, it starts to smudge by the afternoon. For best results, outline your eyes with a pencil liner first, then apply this eyeliner over it. This creates bold, defined eyes. Using this alone might result in uneven lines. It works much better when used as part of a double liner technique with another product.

I've always had to touch up my eye makeup constantly, no matter what I used. But this product's staying power is absolutely incredible! When I came home after going out and tried to remove it, I was shocked to find it still intact - even though I hadn't touched it up once. Only the center was slightly faded. I was amazed, even in my tipsy state! The applicator is more like a sponge than a brush. Usually, these types irritate me... they tend to peel off when reapplying. I haven't used it for long, so I'm not sure yet, but I hope it doesn't do that. I absolutely adored this product! I've always been a fan of Innisfree, so I'm not surprised. This shade is definitely not suitable for cool skin tones at all!
