The texture is nice. It gives a refreshing feeling. It also lathers well. This scalp-strengthening shampoo made my scalp much itchier than any other shampoo. I'm not sure if it just doesn't suit me. My scalp isn't particularly problematic or sensitive, but after using this, it's constantly itchy. The day after washing my hair in the evening, I find myself scratching all day long. It's so itchy that it's both tiring and annoying to keep scratching. I've been using Head & Shoulders for a long time to prevent dandruff, and with that product, I could go a full 48 hours before needing to wash my hair again. But with this product, I want to wash my hair again after just one day. Since my hair is long, it's difficult to wash it daily. In the end, I'm going back to Head & Shoulders. I added this to my cart during an Innisfree sale to get free shipping, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. The tip is that if something doesn't work for you, it's best to just throw it away. It caused me discomfort, so even though there was a bit left, I just tossed it. I'm not sure which ingredient didn't agree with me. It's quite frustrating. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 20, 2020
I'm really pleased that it seems to have reduced both dandruff and dryness compared to before I started using it If the scent was just a bit nicer, this product would have been absolutely perfect - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJan 8, 2020
I was really stressed about my dandruff problem when I discovered this shampoo. First off, I noticed my scalp felt cooler and more refreshed. I didn't have high expectations, but to my surprise, my dandruff actually decreased significantly compared to before. There's nothing particularly bad, but if I had to nitpick, I'd say the scent didn't quite suit me personally, which was a bit disappointing. - in************Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 19, 2019
I started using this last summer when I was struggling with seborrheic dermatitis that spread from my forehead to my scalp. With its zinc pyrithione ingredient and other potent components, it helped my usually greasy hair stay less oily even after just one day. As time passed, my seborrheic dermatitis improved and my scalp stopped itching. I still have quite a bit left, so I'm continuing to use it. There weren't any downsides. However, even though I have an oily scalp, my hair occasionally felt quite dry, so there were days when I needed to use conditioner. If your hair gets greasy just one day after washing, give this a try! Though for those with just oily hair, a regular shampoo for oily hair might suffice. For those with seborrheic dermatitis on the scalp, this is definitely worth trying. It's truly less irritating and works better than the red medication I got from the pharmacy! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 1, 2019
It feels refreshing. The functional benefits are definitely noticeable. It lathers up nicely. There's nothing particularly bad about it. Hmm... I can't think of any drawbacks. - fu*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinMay 18, 2019
I first bought this at an Innisfree store for just 5,000 won. Before that, I was using Dashu's herbal anti-hair loss shampoo, but it caused a lot of dandruff, so I purchased this one specifically for dandruff control. It's definitely excellent at removing dandruff (the flakes completely disappeared). The scent seems to be a tangy orange fragrance. It also lathers up nicely. While it was great at eliminating dandruff, it made my hair feel stiff, and I developed an itchy scalp. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 23, 2019
The scent is lovely, and I love the cooling sensation on my scalp. The cleansing effectiveness isn't bad either! Perhaps because it's less drying on the scalp, after some time, you might notice a slight oiliness in your hair compared to other shampoos. It's very subtle though. It's great to pick this up when Innisfree has their buy-one-get-one-free sales. - gu*******Dry SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMar 12, 2019
I definitely felt like my dandruff had reduced compared to before! Also, I used to have a lot of scalp issues, but after using this, not only did they decrease, but it didn't sting or irritate when applied. First off, the scent wasn't to my liking, and when it mixed with my scalp odor, it created a strange smell! Moreover, even if I didn't wash my hair for just one day, it would become noticeably oily and the odor was really intense. - gp****Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 6, 2019
This shampoo is great too! Innisfree, you're something else... As the name suggests, it's a shampoo that helps with dandruff removal. Perhaps that's why, the more I use it, the better it seems to remove impurities. I've noticed more baby hairs growing and overall less hair fall. I was so satisfied with Innisfree's shampoo for oily scalp that I decided to try this one too, and it's really good! It has great cleansing effectiveness, leaves my scalp feeling refreshed without making my hair too dry. Most importantly, there's no irritation. For those with seborrheic dermatitis who find natural shampoos don't work well, please try Innisfree's oily scalp shampoo and this one. You won't regret it! I'm almost done with a bottle and I'm satisfied. Plus, it's often on sale for half price, so there's really nothing to complain about. I've noticed that even with shampoos that work well, after using two or three bottles, my scalp seems to develop a tolerance and they become less effective. So I think it's a good idea to find two shampoos that work for you and alternate between them. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 4, 2018
It gives a refreshing sensation on the scalp. I bought it hoping it might help with my seborrheic dermatitis and possibly reduce dandruff. Unfortunately, the dandruff is still there... I don't feel like it's making much of a difference.
