It truly doesn't budge at all! It applies smoothly and doesn't smudge. This was my favorite feature. Thanks to this, I can skip touching up my eyeliner during makeup touch-ups. It's the best eyeliner I've ever used. I've even been raving about it to my friends! I was pleasantly surprised to find it doesn't cause any irritation either. The thin, intense line it creates is fantastic! I used to like M*'s eyeliner too, but I think this one suits me even better. The price is a bit steep, unfortunately. The color payoff is intense! While it's not particularly different from other eyeliners, Kiss Me heroine make is famous for a reason. There aren't any real drawbacks, so I just stick with this one. If you're looking for a reliable eyeliner with good pigmentation, this is a solid choice. However, if you're on a budget, you might find similar results with more affordable options.
