I urgently ordered it for next-day delivery. The itching was so bad, I'd scratch even in my sleep. # What I loved 1. Started seeing results in 2-3 days with reduced itching 2. After a week of use, the itching stopped completely 3. The soothing effect on my scalp was so good, I used it all summer long 4. If you're dealing with an itchy scalp, I highly recommend giving this a try It can't work miracles for your hair texture. I have a sensitive scalp that gets super dry from fall to winter, with dead skin cells flaking off like crazy. I've tried prescription shampoos from dermatologists and pharmacist-recommended ones, but they were all too harsh and made things worse when I stopped using them. This shampoo, however, is gentle on my scalp year-round. The best part? Its lovely fragrance makes me look forward to using it daily. If I had to nitpick, the price is a bit on the higher side. After reading online reviews, I decided to give it a try and bought it from Olive Young. I'm really satisfied! I can't think of any particular downsides, but I will say that it doesn't produce as much foam as I expected.

I bought this at Olive Young and used it without any issues. It's gentle and makes my scalp feel healthy! Using just the shampoo can leave hair feeling stiff or dry, so you might need to use a separate essence or treatment. Wow, this seems great for dry scalps! Usually, when I use products with high cleansing power, I end up with dead skin cells and itchiness. But so far, no itching at all! Some shampoos with oil can make my scalp greasy and cause blemishes, while those with strong cleansing power can dry it out and trigger itching. This one feels just right - it's so gentle! Out of all the shampoos I've tried, this one has my favorite scent. While the fragrance doesn't linger, I'm still satisfied. I highly recommend Klorane shampoo for sensitive, dry scalps. I'm currently on my third bottle! The packaging is a bit disappointing. It doesn't lather very well, but it does cleanse effectively. Since it doesn't foam up much, using it with a shampoo brush makes it feel even more refreshing and pleasant.

The price feels a bit steep unless it's on sale. Although it's a scalp shampoo, it didn't seem to suit me. I experienced itchiness and dandruff after use, which was disappointing.
