Even with my cursed eyes that make most mascaras smudge, this one's water-resistant formula stands strong against oiliness. There might be a bit of fallout, but it completely prevents panda eyes. Cleansing is a breeze too - no need for a separate eye makeup remover. It leaves my lashes clean and fresh. I've been loyally using this for 4 years now!
It does clump a bit after some time, but that actually adds a nice volume effect. Since it's a gel formula, if you blink right after applying, it might transfer. But being water-resistant, you can easily wipe it off with a damp cotton swab or even peel it off if needed.
Pro tip: Apply the white base first, wait a bit, then layer the black on top - it reduces clumping. Also, whenever there's a duty-free opportunity, grab the L'Oreal set of 3 or 4. It's way cheaper that way. That's how I stock up!
