I bought this out of curiosity, but I'm not quite sure how to use it effectively. It doesn't create micro-bubbles when applied to the nose, nor does it seem to increase sebum production while wearing it. So these days, I've been taking it to the shower and using it daily. I've been using it consistently, but it's hard to tell if it's actually working or not... I just stick it on when I shower at the gym. After reading the instructions, I was initially worried it would dissolve instantly if touched with wet hands, but it's not that delicate. Now I just apply it to my nose with damp hands, add a bit more water, leave it on for about 10 minutes, then rinse it off.
