While there's no added fragrance in the ingredients, when I sniffed it before use, I caught a hint of a fresh, lemony scent. During my shower, I deliberately tried to identify the aroma by putting my nose close to it. It had a slight smell reminiscent of edible probiotics. However, during a normal shower, you'd hardly notice any scent at all. The product's texture is more concentrated than other body washes - it's not runny, but has a nice, thick consistency. I pumped some onto my shower puff and added a bit of water to create a lather. The foam isn't overly abundant, but produces a gentle, fine lather. Many pH-balanced, mildly acidic products often leave a slippery feeling after showering, making you feel like you haven't rinsed properly. However, the Lactoderm body wash rinses clean without any residue, leaving you feeling refreshed and invigorated. As a gentle product, I experienced no blemishes or itching after use. Thanks to its excellent ingredients, it's suitable for the whole family, from babies to adults, and can even be used as a facial cleanser. Overall, the product seems to strike a great balance between feeling fresh and providing hydration without causing excessive dryness after showering.
Personally, I find the lack of fragrance in the body wash a bit disappointing, and I think the price might be a bit steep compared to other body washes on the market.
