None. Absolutely none. This is the first product I've ever thrown away in my year of using iHerb. This made my hair incredibly stiff and dried out my scalp terribly. As a result, I developed an insane itching sensation. It's seriously, seriously unbearably itchy. I love that it's silicone-free, leaving my hair feeling clean without any residue. Surprisingly, it doesn't make my hair feel stiff either. What's really amazing is that even though my hair usually sticks flat to my head, this shampoo somehow gives me root volume - even without blow-drying! I was shocked at how well it works, even better than most volumizing shampoos I've tried. The fragrance is also pleasantly subtle. It doesn't lather well, so you end up using more product than expected. Also, I thought it was a natural shampoo with good ingredients, but I was quite surprised when I looked at the ingredient list. I mainly use it for cleansing my scalp. For a richer lather, try working up the foam in your hands before applying it to your hair.
