I mentioned at the Lush store that I love subtle woody scents, and they recommended this product. After washing my hands in-store, the fragrance lingered delicately for so long that I decided to buy it. Post-use, my skin feels squeaky clean! While I purchased it because I truly adore the scent, my family thought it smelled musty and moldy when they sniffed the soap. It seems to be a love-it-or-hate-it kind of fragrance. It leaves my hands feeling squeaky clean when I use it for handwashing, but when I tried it as a body soap, it felt a bit drying. I've found that Lush body soaps generally dissolve quickly, so it's best to use them with a soap saver.

The scent was pleasant, and my skin didn't feel dry after use. The cleansing effectiveness wasn't particularly strong. I don't think it would remove sunscreen very well.
