I bought this just because it's a Pony collaboration. I'm not sure about the lip plumping effect, but the moment you apply it, there's a tingling sensation on your lips. It's kind of addictive, actually! It doesn't hurt, just feels cool. There's no color, but it has a nice minty scent. Overall, it's a decent lip plumper. It's less intense than the Too Faced Lip Injection. Wow... I'm shocked to see it contains 12 potentially harmful ingredients. That's quite disappointing...
