At that age, they try to put everything in their mouth, including bath water. It's a relief that the ingredients are safe, especially when they accidentally swallow some water during bath time. This isn't a miracle product for my baby (exclusively breastfed). I bought 3 boxes from an Instagram group buy and have been using it. I've tried most of the popular baby care products that claim to help with sleep, but none have worked. Even now at 6 months, my baby still wakes up every 1-3 hours at night. I should have known that advertisements are just advertisements, but I had high hopes, which led to big disappointment. If you're expecting improved sleep or skin benefits, you might be disappointed. However, on days when we don't go out and a soap bath seems unnecessary, dissolving this in the bathwater makes me feel like I'm doing something more than just using plain water. It's satisfying for mom, at least.
