As someone who's been using Missha's Time Revolution series (the purple ampoule and cream) and is now on their second bottle of the Artemisia (Mugwort) ampoule, I'd like to share my experience. My skin tends to be a bit oily but lacks hydration, so when I apply makeup, I often get dead skin cells around my nose, between my eyebrows, and around my mouth. The Artemisia ampoule helps replenish moisture, and when followed by the Artemisia cream, it leaves a finish that's comfortable even for those with oily skin. Many people shy away from soothing creams (especially cica creams) because they can feel too rich or heavy. However, the Artemisia cream has such a light, gel-like texture with high hydration that you might wonder if it's actually a gel. While it looks similar to Missha's purple ampoule cream in packaging and color, the feel is noticeably different. It applies more smoothly and absorbs faster. The biggest advantage is how comfortable it makes your skin feel. It might be due to its soothing properties, but I'm satisfied that I can apply it generously as a moisturizer without it feeling heavy. I don't think this cream is particularly limited by season or skin type, so I'd feel confident recommending it as a safe choice for most people.
The scent, which is likely the natural aroma of mugwort, seems to divide opinions. While it's not a major drawback for me as I enjoy natural fragrances, I'd recommend that those sensitive to scents test it out first.
