My skin is sensitive and on the dry side, but I could see a slight moisturizing effect. There's no pilling, and it's great for winter use. It also has the effect of making your skin look clean and translucent. When light hits it, you'll notice a subtle glow. However, it's disappointing that it doesn't fully function as a highlighter. You might want to think of it as closer to a blush. Also, this barely looks like you're wearing makeup at all. It's so clear and transparent that I really didn't like it.
