I initially thought of Nivea as a brand for lip balms or hand creams, but after using this, I've fallen in love with Nivea! When I heard that Nivea cream's effectiveness is comparable to luxury brand creams, I decided to give it a try since it's also affordable. I was skeptical at first, but when I applied it to my face, it was truly amazing. I have combination skin prone to clogged pores, so I was concerned about the mineral oil content. However, I experienced no clogging, and it completely eliminated my redness... I think it's due to the panthenol. I focused on applying it to my dry cheek areas rather than the oily T-zone, and the rich texture felt incredibly good to me. It can be a bit tricky to apply, but if you let your skin absorb it well before applying other creams, it works perfectly. If you don't, it might not absorb properly. Usually, I like to try different products, but this has become a permanent staple in my routine. It's affordable with a generous amount... Though it's a beast-sized container, I find myself reluctant to use it on my body because it's so precious for my face! That's how good it is. The scent is also amazing - I often find myself sniffing it before application!
If there's one downside... it doesn't feel like the cream is absorbing. It's more like it's coating the skin to prevent moisture loss? So when I sleep, it feels like it's transferring onto my pillow and hair. If you have dry skin, make sure to moisturize well before applying this cream.
