I apply it once on damp hair before drying, and again after, and it never leaves my hair feeling heavy or greasy! Unlike the Miz*** serum which always made my hair sticky even though it's a spray, this one lets me control the amount easily since you apply it with your hands. Even if I accidentally use too much, it doesn't weigh my hair down - that's actually why I've stuck with it. (A good hair dryer also helps for dry hair!) This is my experience after using it for a month and a half. It can be tricky to control how much you use... I wish they'd come out with a travel-sized version too.
