Started using this on my golf instructor's recommendation. As someone who exercises frequently, applying it before and after workouts reduces muscle tension and provides a cool sensation that turns warm - a different experience compared to regular pain relief patches. I'm planning to try the spray version next. It might seem a bit pricey, but considering it's made in Europe and has good ingredients, I'm willing to repurchase once I finish this one.
