When using it as an exfoliating toner, the area where the cotton pad passes feels cool and absorbs quickly. However, this clean feeling might be a point of contention. Although it doesn't contain ethanol, it has a quick-drying sensation as if it does, so those with dry skin might find it drying. (Eucalyptus trees can produce ethanol, so maybe that's why... <-This could be incorrect information.) The scent is a subtle herbal aroma, not too faint to notice. It smells similar to herbs, which makes me hope for a placebo effect of healthier skin. The packaging is also nice - a transparent glass bottle with a twist-open plastic lid. Friends started noticing my improved skin after 2-3 weeks of use. Even though I have oily skin, it feels more balanced when oil surfaces.
