First off, I was really impressed by how sleek and clean the product packaging looks! The concave lid that doubles as a palette is also super convenient to use. The dark brown color is nearly black, but when applied, it gives a more natural yet defined look compared to pure black, making it perfect for daily use. The application is smooth and even, without any clumping or patchiness. It goes on crisp and soft, and it's easy to create thin lines too! As for staying power, even with my oily, monolid eyes, it lasted for quite a long time without significant smudging. Cleansing is as easy as removing eye makeup with cleansing oil - it comes off gently without much effort. I didn't experience any irritation around my eyes during use either. Overall, this seems like a product with great colors and excellent performance that anyone can use daily. If you're considering a gel eyeliner, I highly recommend this one! Just a heads up - if you use the lid as a palette, it might stain a bit, so keep that in mind! - al*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinJan 19, 2025
I don't usually have major issues with smudging, but I still experience some. When I saw an influencer selling this liquid eyeliner with a brush, I decided to give it a try. 1. The flat cap makes it easy to dispense the product. 2. It's smooth and spreads well. Even though it's a gel, it seems like it would be good for smudging. 1. It smudges. I heard it wouldn't smudge, especially if you mix in a drop of the liquid, so I bought the set. I mixed it as suggested, but it still smudges... After applying it with the brush near the lash line, within 3 hours there were dark marks and some powder under my eyes. I didn't use an eye primer or powder, but I usually use a pencil liner that doesn't smudge this much without those steps. It's not worth the price, and being a gel, it's more cumbersome than a pencil. 2. It's too light. It's so smooth that it doesn't apply precisely near the lash line. Make sure to use an eye primer or set with powder. - y5********Oily SkinRecommendedFeb 19, 2024
After using cheaper eyeliners that smudged and were hard to correct, I decided to splurge on this one, and it's amazing! Even if you make a mistake when lining your waterline, it's easy to fix. The staying power is great, and there's absolutely no smudging. Don't try to save money on cheaper options - invest in this one. It's truly worth it! The price is a bit steep, unfortunately. While the quantity is similar to other brands, the cost is several times higher. Still, it's better to buy this one. Especially compared to Tonymoly - that one is really disappointing and always smudges, leaving you looking like a panda. - ze**********Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresJul 31, 2023
Every time I got my makeup done at a salon, they always used the Pro8 Cheongdam liner. So I decided to buy the version before the brand renewal, but the one I got wasn't the pot type, it was the brush type liquid eyeliner. However, the brush was too thick to draw directly, so I ended up having to dip it and then apply it with another brush. That's why I think this pot type is much better. I also love the simple and sophisticated design of the pot container. I used shade 2 Dark Brown and the color is just perfect! It's not too dark to be overwhelming, but it draws a clear line that makes your eyes look neat and defined. It applies well when you lightly dab it with a Picasso 798 flat eyeliner brush. I mainly use it to fill in my lash line, and since I don't like thick lines, I just slightly extend the tail - it's great for that purpose. It doesn't sting or irritate when filling in the lash line. Using a flat brush to dot between the lashes fills in the line clearly and well. Many other liquid liners or brush pens don't apply well to the lash line or look watery, but this product applies very clearly. (As it applies well and has high pigmentation, cleansing can be a bit tricky, so make sure to use a lip and eye remover and clean thoroughly!) It might be a bit challenging for absolute beginners, but if you know how to draw eyeliner with a brush, you'll find this product to be of good quality. I recommend it to those who want to create a clean, thin lash line liner. However, the first day I used it and went out, unlike with the liquid type, after about 3-4 hours my under-eye area became dark. The line itself stayed put without smudging, but it seems the particles fell under the eyes, making them look dark. When filling in the lash line, if you blink immediately, there might be some fallout before it sets, so be careful. (When I used it again, I filled in the lash line and then kept my eyes slightly open to allow drying time, which reduced smudging significantly.)
