It absorbs well and has a subtle herbal scent that's just pleasant enough to lift your mood. The fragrance is nice... but that's about it. The coverage is mediocre at best. Even for dry skin, it can leave you feeling deeply dehydrated after a while, even in summer. The 0.5 shade comes out slightly lighter, around a 19 in Korean foundation shades. I've been using this for about a week now. My skin tone is usually 21-22, but I heard this runs a bit dark, so I went with shade 0.5. And you know what? It's not bad at all! Shade 1 might have been a bit more natural, but I'm loving how bright this makes me look. I tried applying it with both a spatula and a puff, and the adherence isn't bad at all. While it might not be quite up there with department store foundations, I have blemish-free skin, so the adherence and staying power were pretty decent. Even after sweating a lot, it stayed put nicely. For reference, I have combination skin that's on the sensitive side. In peak summer, it leans more oily, but otherwise, my cheeks tend to be dry while my forehead and nose are on the oilier side. The coverage isn't super high, but I prefer a more natural skin look, so I'm quite satisfied. It's a matte foundation, but not excessively so, which I really appreciate. It's perfect for summer use! The pump is a bit stiff, you might say. It comes out in small amounts when you press gently, but I'm worried about dispensing too much if I press too hard. So I end up squeezing out little bits at a time to get the right amount. You'll see what I mean when you try it! Tip: Squeeze out small amounts to get the right quantity!
