This shampoo helps strengthen hair roots and nourish the hair. It lathers well, and although I have a dry scalp that tends to feel parched after washing twice, this product left my scalp feeling less dry, which I really appreciated. The scent is herbal, but not overpowering, which is nice. It contains some ingredients that may not be suitable for sensitive scalps, so caution is advised.

True to its name, it has a gel-like consistency that comes out smoothly. The overall texture and feel are quite pleasant. It lathers well and is generally nice, but it has a strong herbal scent reminiscent of traditional medicine. The cleansing effectiveness is decent (see the drawbacks below for more). If you're a fan of herbal or traditional medicinal scents, you might really enjoy this. The strong scent lingers on the scalp and over time, it feels like it's clogging up. I have dry skin, so I always make sure to use conditioner or treatment, but this shampoo only made my scalp oily while doing nothing for the rest. If you're expecting any basic shampoo qualities like a cooling sensation... well, don't get your hopes up. I apologize if this review seems a bit disorganized - I wrote it while feeling somewhat frustrated. I love how it doesn't leave my hair feeling dry after washing. It's a solid, reliable choice for everyday use. While I'm not sure about its root-strengthening benefits, it does a great job of cleansing my hair. I initially liked the texture and scent, but as I continued using it... After using it for about 3 weeks, I didn't notice much hair loss myself. However, my husband mentioned that he was losing a lot of hair lately. Just to be safe, we switched to a different shampoo, and the situation improved immediately. It seems this shampoo doesn't agree with me, and it's probably not the best choice for preventing hair loss.
