I received this as a travel gift, supposedly the lip balm used by flight attendants. Every winter, my lips get so dry they feel like they're about to crack, so I always carry lip balm. This one has a rich, heavy texture that doesn't evaporate quickly. It applies thickly and keeps my lips moisturized for a long time. Among all the lip balms I've tried, this is the only one that, when applied generously before bed, keeps my lips hydrated until the next day. It's the best product I've used. It's so good that it completely overshadows the minor drawbacks I mentioned below. I even scraped the bottom of the container with my finger to use every last bit! 1. Unless you buy it at duty-free shops, shipping costs are high and it's hard to find. 2. The formula is too soft, so it melts if you carry it in your pocket. Especially in summer, it turns into a mushy mess... 3. If you apply too much, it can feel heavy and greasy. 4. The scent wasn't really to my liking. It's a bit too rich for me..
