Before using this, I was using Sidmool's Madagascar Real Cream - you know, the blue jar, the original one. As the weather got colder, I thought I'd try something richer, so I bought the Ultra version. It's definitely more hydrating than the regular Madagascar cream, which makes it great for winter use. The ingredients are also good, so I felt comfortable using it liberally.
As expected, this product's charm lies in its lack of dramatic effects. Even though it contains a high amount of Centella Asiatica extract, I didn't notice any changes in my skin. The previous blue Madagascar cream actually had a higher percentage of Centella extract than this Ultra cream... I've been using these two creams consecutively for a while now, so my skin must have improved. It feels like my skin is getting better, but at an incredibly slow, almost imperceptible pace...
