It's convenient because when you're preparing for pregnancy, you need to take 400mcg or more, and this supplement has 400mcg per tablet. So you can take one tablet when trying to conceive and two tablets when pregnant. I'm on my third bottle now, and so far, I don't have any particular complaints. The tablets are small, making them very easy to swallow! While I'm not specifically planning for pregnancy, I bought these supplements because of their good reviews and the fact that they're beneficial for everyday use. I'm planning to take them together with my husband-to-be! No downsides at all! Though it would be great if they had more sales!
