It doesn't accentuate dead skin cells or cause patchiness. Since it's a concealer, it has great coverage, and it doesn't break down as quickly as other foundations! I have super sensitive, acne-prone skin, so I can only use gentle foundations and cushions. I've always been disappointed with how they break down and their lack of coverage. But this product doesn't have those drawbacks and is gentle to boot, so I'm really satisfied. It also matches my shade 22 skin color perfectly! Since it's a concealer, it sets quickly, so you need to pat and blend it fast. I wish they'd come out with a cushion that feels just like this. I highly recommend this! It provides excellent coverage and the shade 23 is a perfect match for me. There's not really anything disappointing about it. If I had to nitpick, maybe it's that the stick format can be a bit of a hassle to apply? It's just great, plain and simple.
