I'd recommend this to those who don't like that squeaky-clean feeling after washing and prefer a foam that leaves your skin feeling hydrated. Some might not like the slightly slippery feeling after rinsing, as if it hasn't been fully washed off. Personally, I'm satisfied with it. Recommended for dry skin and combination dehydrated skin.
