I appreciate their attempt to develop a product specifically for the waterline, However, it smudges excessively. If it touches your eye even slightly while applying to the waterline, it spreads like ink on the white of your eye, ruining your makeup. When I try to use it as an eyeliner just above the waterline to avoid waste, it still smears all over the eye area. - do****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 7, 2022
It's great for filling in the waterline, which I had given up on before because it kept smudging under my eyes. I avoided pencil products due to smudging, but this new waterline liner is different. It definitely doesn't smudge around the eyes like pencils do, and it looks clean and neat. When filling the waterline, you don't draw but rather dab it on, making it easy even for beginners to use. I have hidden double eyelids, so I usually draw thin eyeliner, but filling in the waterline made my eyes look much more defined. I've always wanted to fill in my waterline since it's quite visible, and I've finally achieved that wish! The marker tip is a bit thick, so you need to be careful when pressing it against the waterline as it can sometimes get into your eyes. You have to use it with concentration. It would be better if the marker tip was a bit thinner. After use, store the product lying down - on*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 26, 2022
It's truly vibrant, which I absolutely love! The color payoff is fantastic, and I'm thrilled with how bold it looks. The staying power is also impressive. However, the applicator tip is thicker than I expected. I prefer to thinly line my waterline, so this was a bit challenging for me. It was also a bit tricky to create a wing due to the thick tip. Despite these minor issues, I still found it quite satisfactory overall. - ze**********Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresOct 4, 2022
The name 'Waterline Liner' is truly genius - it's so enticing! Anyone who's ever applied eyeliner knows the struggle of filling in the waterline. I usually use a brush-tip liner for the outer line, then fill in the waterline with a gel liner as thinly as possible. Without lining the waterline, eyes can look a bit dull, but if the line is too thick, it can make eyes appear heavy and the makeup look dated. While brush-tip liners are much easier to use, many tend to smudge on the waterline, which is disappointing. This product's tip is uniquely flat-edged, with a sponge-like texture reminiscent of a marker. It's designed for dabbing to fill in rather than drawing thin lines. I tried the black shade, which is a deep, true black. Personally, I would have preferred a black-brown, but it does make eyes appear more defined. It's fairly easy to use - just gently pull your eyelid to expose the waterline and dab along the lash line. Despite having sensitive eyes, I experienced minimal irritation or watering. The staying power is impressive, with little to no smudging even after 6-7 hours, which I really appreciate. The downside is that the tip isn't super thin. It's somewhat blunt, so even when dabbing, it creates a fairly thick line. This is a bit disappointing for those like me who prefer a very thin line just between the lashes. If they released a version with a thinner tip... I like the concept, but with the current tip thickness, I probably won't repurchase. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 28, 2022
I love how convenient it is to use by dotting rather than drawing along the sensitive mucous membrane. At first, I thought the liquid eyeliner looked a bit thin and might smudge easily, but it dries quickly so there's no worry about smudging. I wish they'd come out with a sharp-shaped stamp for the outer corner of the eye, not just for the waterline. By the afternoon, after applying makeup in the morning, it seems to fade a bit due to the oil around the eyes, but it's not too severe so it's okay. Applying some powder around the eyes might help delay the smudging.
