I appreciate their attempt to develop a product specifically for the waterline, However, it smudges excessively. If it touches your eye even slightly while applying to the waterline, it spreads like ink on the white of your eye, ruining your makeup. When I try to use it as an eyeliner just above the waterline to avoid waste, it still smears all over the eye area.

I avoided pencil products due to smudging, but this new waterline liner is different. It definitely doesn't smudge around the eyes like pencils do, and it looks clean and neat. When filling the waterline, you don't draw but rather dab it on, making it easy even for beginners to use. I have hidden double eyelids, so I usually draw thin eyeliner, but filling in the waterline made my eyes look much more defined. I've always wanted to fill in my waterline since it's quite visible, and I've finally achieved that wish! The marker tip is a bit thick, so you need to be careful when pressing it against the waterline as it can sometimes get into your eyes. You have to use it with concentration. It would be better if the marker tip was a bit thinner. After use, store the product lying down
