- The obvious advantage of a sunstick is not having to apply it with your hands, which I really appreciate. My hands tend to run hot, and my face is prone to heat, so applying skincare or sunscreen in summer can be a real struggle. That's why I bought this sunstick, and I'm very satisfied with it. - Scent: Personally, I prefer products that either have a pleasant fragrance or no scent at all. The Tocobo sunstick has a subtle, lovely scent that I really enjoy. Many sunscreens and sticks have that artificial sunscreen smell, but this one doesn't, which is great. - Application/Texture: Being a balm type, it glides on smoothly. I have oily skin and absolutely hate anything that makes me look greasy, but this doesn't leave me shiny at all. Instead, it leaves my skin feeling powder-soft, which honestly brought tears to my eyes as someone with oily skin. It's fantastic for use on both face and body. - There's no white cast, and it doesn't sting my eyes. I knew Tocobo sunscreens were popular, but I had no idea they were this good. I'm tempted to try their regular sunscreen next time. - Recommended skin types: Those with dry skin might find it a bit drying, but I highly recommend it for oily/combination skin. - The price point is a bit high, but most sunsticks these days are in this range. It's best to buy it when it's on sale. Other than that, I couldn't find any drawbacks.
