Here's a product tip: Instead of applying it directly to your eyelids, I put a small amount on my ring finger and gently pat it onto my lids. The key is to use a small amount and blend it quickly!

It's a bit too matte for applying under the eyes. I think it's best suited for use on the eyelids only.

You can apply colors directly, and they still pop beautifully. For those with oily skin, you won't find a better eye primer than this!
