I snagged it during a group buy with a gratis gift and discount, so it was totally worth the money. I'm loving it! The freebies were even more impressive than the product itself, haha! It's loaded with Centella Asiatica, Centella 4X, Green Propolis, and triple Hyaluronic Acid. It seems to be the ultimate evolution of the Needle Shot line, targeting anti-aging, pores, and skin texture. There's also a PDRN line, but I wasn't interested when it was on Makers. However, the discount, gratis, and anti-aging claims of this one made me splurge! The freebies were insane, almost equal to what I paid. It's incredibly hydrating, so I highly recommend it for those with thick, dry skin. I have thick skin with no wrinkles yet, but I'm worried about deep wrinkles lasting longer when they do appear, so I bought this for prevention. I'm satisfied! It's slightly more tingly than the 100 version though. I got it at a group buy discount of over 40% off with freebies worth more than the product itself, so I have no complaints. It might be a bit pricey at full price though. Needle Shot can be hit or miss depending on your skin type, and it often pops up on Karrot. If you find the sale price disappointing, I recommend getting the full-size product cheaply on Karrot. You can get samples at Daiso, but I heard the full-size product has slightly better ingredients. Try the original version from Karrot first, and if you like it, consider upgrading to the premium Red Blood line. I think it's occasionally on sale on home shopping channels. I bought mine during a group buy because I liked the package deal and it seems to suit my skin well. Wherever you buy it from, just make sure to get a good deal!
