The powder form comes in individual packets, which keeps it from getting clumpy. I liked that I could use it hygienically. The powder particles are very fine. Using a full packet creates a rich lather for cleansing, while half a packet is perfect for a gentler wash. I use half when I'm not wearing heavy makeup. The price is a bit much, haha!
