I'm not sure about the positive aspects. I'm using it since I bought it, but as for its effectiveness... I'm uncertain. The quantity is too much. I was hoping it would help with perineal pain relief and discomfort after natural childbirth, but I can't really tell if it's working. You need to let it dry thoroughly after spraying. It's also inconvenient to use because the spray doesn't work well when the bottle is tilted. The scent isn't particularly pleasant, but it's not overpowering, so it's tolerable. It feels somewhat better when used cold. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 10, 2019
This product offers great value for money with safe ingredients. I bought it after hearing it's suitable for use after natural childbirth. I'm not sure if this is true for all Earth Mama products, but despite being marketed as natural, the fragrance is overpowering. It also caused a slight tingling sensation after use. The size of the product is a bit too large for my liking. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJan 12, 2019
It significantly reduces pain. When you can't even touch the area or use medication, spraying this is a lifesaver. It's not particularly helpful for wound healing. While it's nice that it hurts less when you spray it, that's about all it does. - gr*********Dry SkinRecommendedDec 1, 2018
I started using this right after giving birth, and I really appreciated the cool scent and cooling effect, especially when I was feeling flushed. I couldn't really tell if it made a significant difference in perineal recovery. - na*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 11, 2018
I bought this after hearing it's good for diaper rash. When I sprayed it on after a shower during times of redness and irritation, it felt cooling and reduced the itching. The volume is too large just for diaper rash use. I wish it came in a smaller size. Also, given the specific areas it's used on, it's not the most convenient to apply. After giving birth, I sprayed a little bit on those 'enchanted days' and it seemed to reduce the odor. When my baby had diaper rash, I alternated between this and Earth Mama Butter Balm, which helped soothe the skin. It also helped reduce itching when sprayed on mosquito bites in summer. - Hwahae UserOily SkinMar 3, 2018
It's highly effective when sprayed on the perineal area after natural childbirth. The cooling sensation is pleasant and it provides a soothing effect. It's best to keep this in the bathroom for easy access. Regular application helps reduce the burning sensation. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJan 6, 2018
I bought this after having my first child. It feels cool and refreshing, which seems to have a great calming effect on my skin. There's nothing disappointing about the size. I'm using it very well. It would be great to use this regularly, like after using the bathroom or throughout the day. - hy********Normal SkinDec 19, 2017
I bought this for perineal care after natural childbirth. After a sitz bath, I spray it on and let it air dry. It feels cool and refreshing, with a pleasant cucumber scent. However, I don't feel like it speeds up healing. As it's a spray, three pumps dispense too much product - two sprays seem to be the right amount. - Hwahae UserOily SkinNov 27, 2017
When sprayed on the perineum after childbirth, it provides a refreshing sensation that temporarily relieves pain. It also has a pleasant cucumber scent that helps mask postpartum odors. The relief is very brief when sprayed. This product is more for a cooling sensation rather than actual perineal recovery. The volume is excessive considering the short duration of perineal discomfort. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinOct 11, 2017
I used this after natural childbirth, and it sprays well even when lying down. It gives a refreshing sensation! As time goes on, it becomes more tingling and painful. I suppose that's a symptom of the wound healing?
