There's a slight tingling sensation when you apply it, and sometimes a mild burning feeling. It seems to have a calming effect when applied to occasional blemishes. Depending on the case, when used on swollen pimples, it appears to prevent them from getting worse and helps them subside. No notable side effects. I received this as a gift and I'm using it, but the hefty price tag makes it difficult to consider repurchasing. Aside from the cost, it's pretty good! I plan to use it diligently. The area becomes dry a little while after application, so you need to follow up with a moisturizer right away. After using this, I finish with Sidmool Goodspot. Remember, this isn't meant for the entire face - only apply it to areas with blemishes! Recommended for those who get occasional breakouts... - dh****Combination SkinSensitive SkinNov 16, 2016
I bought this product on a whim during a super sensitive period when blemishes were taking over my face. I was waiting for a friend when the store assistant's words captivated me! Although I hesitated due to the high price for the amount, the assistant swore by its effectiveness, staking her career on it! And it does work, especially for deep-seated blemishes!!! I had painful, red blemishes around my philtrum and nose area, which significantly calmed down after using this. There's a pump-like button at the back that dispenses a clear liquid when pressed. It feels cool upon application. Applying it again before bed enhances the effects. While it didn't do much for my small bumps, it visibly reduced inflammatory blemishes. Considering the product amount and price, I don't think I'll repurchase. It didn't feel exceptionally better than other products. You might find similar items from other brands, like Bonajour's regenerating cream. The price is truly outrageous - I regret it a bit. While it's fine for occasional blemishes, it might be too costly to use on a face fully covered with blemishes. The effects also seem temporary. The packaging is a bit frustrating - even after thoroughly applying the clear gel-like substance, some remains and hardens at the bottom of the bead (see photo), making it stiff for the next use. Perhaps applying it frequently...? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinMar 30, 2016
When my oil and moisture balance is off, I sometimes get small bumps, but gently applying this on top made them disappear by the next day. Personally, I find this product more effective than tea tree oil. It stings quite a bit when first applied, but the sensation subsides quickly after a while. Pump once and distribute the product evenly across all areas. Otherwise, you might end up pumping for each area separately, leading to rapid product depletion. - ta********Combination SkinAcne SkinJan 13, 2016
I applied it and the next day, the painful blemish near my nose immediately calmed down. I'm quite satisfied with the results! While the blemishes do noticeably decrease, once they've reduced to a certain point, it's hard to see further improvement. Nevertheless... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 8, 2015
It calms down blemishes faster than other spot treatments. It also doesn't cause any dead skin cells to build up. The price is quite steep. After continued use, it seems the effectiveness isn't as impressive as when you first start using it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJul 4, 2015
As women, we're super sensitive during that time of the month, right? This product is amazing not just then, but also for those pesky blemishes that pop up due to stress. I've tried countless spot treatments, but this one takes the cake. I've lost count of how many tubes I've gone through! When you apply it on a blemish before bed, it noticeably reduces by morning. The only downside is that it's hard to tell how much product is left in the tube. That's a bit frustrating. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 27, 2015
As someone with oily but dehydrated skin prone to milia, I was amazed to find that after applying this to my acne-prone areas before bed, the next morning my existing blemishes had subsided and no new ones had appeared. I was truly impressed! The packaging, which dispenses the treatment through a roller when you press the back, is problematic. Product gets stuck inside the roller, making it difficult to use cleanly. It's constantly on my mind. At over $60 for just 4ml, it's pricey. Moreover, applying too much can cause a stinging sensation and extreme dryness. It's crucial to apply the right amount. Especially for combination dehydrated skin, you need to layer on a good amount of hydrating cream.
