I was worried about my pores, so I carefully read all the reviews before deciding to buy this. I loved it so much that I stocked up on two and even purchased different color clays. Usually, I dislike products that you have to wash off after they dry, but this one feels refreshingly cool as it dries, leaving my skin feeling clean. It can be tricky to get the right amount - if you don't, it dries unevenly which is inconvenient. Also, when it's time to wash it off, you really need to scrub hard. - de********Dry SkinAug 13, 2017
This clay mask is uniquely clean and effective. Unlike other products, it doesn't flake off and has a jelly-like consistency that's less drying on the skin. It's perfect for a morning routine - apply it while sipping your coffee, then rinse off in the shower for a smooth makeup base. It's gentle on the skin, doesn't cause irritation when applied or dried, making it an excellent kaolin-based mask for those with dry skin. Well, its gentleness means it might not deliver dramatic results. If you're looking for that intense tightening sensation that deeply cleanses pores, this product might not be your cup of tea. While some may be concerned about certain ingredients, personally, I find it acceptable (I'd rather use this than a preservative-free product that might spoil). The quantity is on the smaller side, so don't expect the generous portions you might get with other kaolin-based masks like Caolion. The silicone mask brush sold separately is great for even application and keeps your hands clean. The brush has grooves, so placing it in a paper cup when not in use makes cleaning easier. The manufacturer is Cosmecca Korea. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJun 17, 2017
A less irritating mask for pore care. With today's advanced technology, a gentle feel might not seem like a big deal, but... It's likely suitable even for those with super sensitive skin, compared to products that cause burning sensations or have rough scrub particles. (I've tried all three Ca**on products, and while they were quite harsh externally, they were effective.) The best part, as I mentioned with the pink calamine one, is that unlike other clay masks that crumble and fall off after 15 minutes, this one stays put. It had a decent effect overall. Since I don't have many blackheads/whiteheads, I considered it more for pore management. It's a solid, reliable choice. While it's better than not using anything, don't expect dramatic results. You're unlikely to see any immediate, drastic changes. The brush that can be purchased as a set requires digging out product with your nails each time, so I've just stopped using it. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 11, 2017
Almost non-existent drawbacks. Among the mint and pink original versions, this one's the best. Its absorption is the most balanced of the three. After washing, there's a fleeting sense of clarity on the skin. Simply put, it's ineffective. I question why anyone would buy this. You're better off purchasing something else. I bought it at a discount from a beauty box, possibly for a new product promotion. The silicon brush that came with it was actually the best part. The real win here was the silicon brush. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 9, 2017
After washing, my face has this amazing glow! It's noticeably more radiant than with other products. My skin feels so smooth, like I've got that coveted honey-like complexion. And when it dries, just like others have mentioned, you can see these little bursts all over. It's visible to the naked eye, just like in the photo, which is really satisfying. Of course, the areas where I applied it thinly don't show as much, but that's to be expected! I'm one of those people blessed with pores everywhere - T-zone, entire forehead, whole nose, sides of the nose, cheeks (especially bad there), above the upper lip, chin... you name it, I've got it. I'm basically a pore collector, a.k.a. the 'pore friend'. I mainly use primers and products focused on pores and hydration. My skin's always on the oily side, and I think I have dehydrated oily skin. Even though I use the 7-skin method and always finish with a moisturizer, by morning I can't tell if my T-zone is dewy or just an oil slick. I have combination skin that flips with the seasons. My ever-changing skin stings every time I apply products after cleansing, whether it's having a good or bad day. It usually settles down if I push through it. After washing, my face feels incredibly tight, even more than usual. The product has a jelly/pudding texture, making it hard to gauge how much to use. I always try to apply it evenly, but it never quite works out. Even when I think I've got it right, once it dries, I can see it's all uneven. There's this nagging feeling that something's not quite right. But since I can handle the tingling sensation well, I'll use it up and probably repurchase. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 6, 2017
The texture is incredibly bouncy and plump! It absorbs really well too. The hydration evaporates quickly, and for my combination skin, the dry areas feel extremely tight. It's great to apply with a Bonvivant silicone brush! When I have blemishes, I apply pink powder to the affected areas, let it dry, then use this product. It helps calm everything down for me. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinFeb 19, 2017
I bought this as a pore mask, and it's less tightening than other masks. As it dries, it shows a white reaction on acne-prone areas, giving the impression that it's working. My skin is slightly sensitive, but it didn't cause any blemishes, so it passes for now! For a product claiming to be a 'pore cleanser', it doesn't seem to have much effect yet. It's better to apply a thin layer with a bit of thickness rather than slathering it on too thickly. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 12, 2017
I loved how it made my skin feel clean. And I liked that it seemed to set quickly on my skin! The product is quite runny, so it tends to drip when applying with a brush. (It doesn't drip once it's on your face though!) - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 13, 2016
The texture feels moisturizing when applied. As it starts to dry, it's fascinating to see the sebum areas popping up visibly. They call it sebum absorption. Seeing the sebum being drawn out gives a satisfying feeling! Unlike some pore strips that can enlarge pores, this doesn't seem to have that effect. Regular use might yield good results. For someone with oily nose, the first use doesn't show a dramatic reduction in sebum. Unlike pore strips that give instant results, this clay mask seems to require multiple uses to see effects. It's best not to expect immediate results. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 24, 2016
After using it for two weeks, I'm really impressed! I think I'll need to use it a bit longer before deciding on a repurchase. I don't have any major complaints yet, but it seems like the hydration doesn't last as long as I'd like. Still, it's pretty decent overall.
