It has a pleasant, subtle lemonade scent. The balanced oil and moisture content makes it seem healthy for the skin. The texture is quite thick, so it doesn't spread easily. The gentle lather feels wonderful when washing your hair. Being mildly acidic, it balances your scalp's pH, promoting healthy hair growth. There's not much to dislike, except perhaps the lack of fragrance. While this makes for a healthier product, it might disappoint those who prefer scented shampoos.

I chose this product while searching for one without surfactants, and I'm pleased with its ingredients. I bought it because the ingredients looked good... but that turned out to be the problem. - Couldn't find any special benefits besides the ingredients... - My seborrheic dermatitis got worse, and after using it for 3-4 days, I noticed more hair loss compared to other shampoos - After a week of use, my entire scalp felt sore and turned red The ingredients don't seem bad, but something's clearly wrong. Not just for me with seborrheic dermatitis, but my family members had similar negative reactions. I wish I could complain to Dr. For Hair. This product is truly infuriating. I should have known better when YouTubers were overhyping it... I bought this for its ingredients. It lathers up better than I expected and leaves my skin feeling thoroughly cleansed. Unlike other lines, it doesn't seem to prevent hair loss. As someone who usually suffers from seborrheic dermatitis, my scalp tends to get itchy on hot summer days or when I'm stressed. I'm pleased to say that using this product seems to alleviate these symptoms. The rich lather and mild scent make for a pleasant experience. It's also nice that my hair doesn't feel too stiff after shampooing. The cleansing effectiveness seems a bit lacking. As someone with atopic dermatitis, extremely dry skin, thin hair, and a sparse scalp, I've had my share of struggles. When I used Mise-en-scène shampoo, my scalp was often itchy, leaving my head constantly covered in scratches. I decided to give this a try after watching the shampoo episode on Director Pi's YouTube channel. After using it for about 2-3 weeks, I'm thrilled to say that my itching has significantly improved! I'm very satisfied and plan to keep purchasing this product in the future. Perhaps because I'm used to shampoos with strong fragrances, the fresh scent of this one isn't bad, but it's not as aromatic as shampoos with added perfumes. It's a bit disappointing in that regard.
