I liked that it wasn't sticky. Unfortunately, that's about the only positive thing I can say... Zero hydration... When applied, it feels like it coats your hands with an extremely thin layer, but within 10 minutes, your skin feels dry again. I really liked that it wasn't too sticky and had just the right consistency The scent is too artificial, so it doesn't remind me of cotton at all. Also, it doesn't feel very moisturizing - it's just an average hand cream

It doesn't feel sticky at all, so I think it'll be easy to use on a regular basis. The texture is somewhat like an emulsion, if that makes sense? The scent was quite off-putting. It's hard to describe... maybe a synthetic floral fragrance? Sadly, I won't be using this product again after trying it once. The scent just isn't to my liking at all.
