I have an allergy to lip color cosmetics. It suddenly appeared one day, unfortunately. However, ISOI lips are completely fine for me. The color and application are great, and I don't experience any allergic reactions. It's such a shame it's being discontinued... The fact that it's discontinued! Also, the staying power is weak. Because of this, it tends to emphasize lip wrinkles. - me******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 7, 2021
This lip color has been my go-to shade that I've been stocking up on and using diligently. Isoi only offers three lip colors, and I'm thrilled that one of them is perfect for me! It gives off a calm and sophisticated vibe. The formula is moisturizing, and of course, the ingredients are top-notch. I think this might be the first time I've purchased a lipstick in this form. When applied with light taps, it creates a subtle, natural color. I found that using a gradient technique resulted in an even more natural and beautiful application. It's disappointing that this product seems to have been discontinued, as I can no longer find it anywhere. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinApr 1, 2021
A subtle orange-coral colored lipstick that feels comfortable without drying out your lips There are quite a few disappointments. I usually love Isoi products, but I hesitated to buy this lipstick. I finally purchased it during a sale. I was shocked at how unevenly it applies. It settles into lip lines significantly. After drinking a couple of times, the color clings to the wrinkles while completely rubbing off the smooth areas onto the cup. I won't be repurchasing this. I'll stick to using tints instead... Applying lip balm before the lipstick helps reduce settling into fine lines - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 21, 2021
This lipstick absorbs beautifully, feeling incredibly soft and moisturizing. I love how the color intensifies with each additional layer! It doesn't stain much and comes off easily, transferring quite a bit (compared to lip tints). - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 30, 2020
The sophisticated color is really appealing, and the pigmentation is excellent. The scent is a bit disappointing, and there are droplets on the lipstick surface - not sure if it's water or oil. I hope this is... normal? - bo*********Dry SkinRecommendedMar 23, 2020
I was hesitant to buy without seeing it in person, but it exceeded my expectations. It has a nice reddish tint that gives a lively, natural look. The non-matte finish makes it comfortable and easy to apply. It tends to cause some dead skin cells to appear on my lips. You'll need to use a lip balm before applying this lipstick. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 22, 2020
Color: This lipstick shade is especially flattering for those with deep undertones! It has a red-orange feel, and with three varieties, you can choose the color that suits you best. Texture: It has a glossy, moisturizing formula. The high water content even temporarily smooths out dead skin cells! You can easily apply it without needing to use a lip balm first, as it's not matte and comfortable to wear. Pigmentation: It delivers the exact color shown in the image and applies with rich pigmentation. If you're curious about a slightly toned-down orange coral with good color payoff, I recommend this! Cleansing: It comes off easily with regular tissues! Cleansing wipes, oil, and foam all work great for removal. Since it's easy to remove, those with sensitive skin can gently wipe it off without much irritation. Gradient effect: Surprisingly, I found it easy to create a gradient look. I'd recommend this product even for beginners. If you don't like the color, try a different shade! While it works for both gradient and full lip looks, personally, I find the full lip application a bit heavy or intense-looking, so I suggest trying a gradient effect! Using a lip brush for the gradient will help you achieve a more precise and beautiful look. Packaging: The magnetic closure means it shuts securely even if you close it carelessly! Although some of my magnet pieces broke off, the remaining magnet still holds up well. This may vary for others, but I included it as a positive point! Portability: It's easy to slip into your pocket, just slightly chubbier than a regular lipstick. It doesn't take up much space in a makeup pouch, so it's convenient for travel. Ingredients: Trustworthy Isoi! The ingredients are excellent. Even those with sensitive lips who can't wear most lipsticks should be fine with this one! Covering lip pigmentation: Using a lip brush for precision is best. While it can't completely hide intense pigmentation, it does a decent job of covering to some extent. I found it satisfactory! Transfer: Due to its creamy texture, it transfers quite a bit. If you don't want to bother with touch-ups while eating or don't want to remove it, apply a small amount in a gradient style and set it with powder, or use a napkin at restaurants to create a powdery finish. Price: While the price might seem justified given the quality ingredients, it could be a bit burdensome for students. I recommend waiting for a sale to purchase it. Q&A Q: Do I really need to use a lip brush? A: If you want to create a gradient effect, achieve precise application, or cover pigmentation around your lip line, I recommend using a lip brush! However, if you find the gradient easy to create without one and don't need the extra precision, you can use just the lipstick itself. Q: Can you share a small tip? A: Since it's a moisturizing lip product that transfers easily, if you don't want to remove your lipstick before eating, apply a small amount of powder around your lip line for a powdery finish. Alternatively, use a napkin from restaurants to blot the inner part of your lips, reducing the amount of product and excess moisture. Q: How versatile is this product? A: You can use it as both a lipstick and a blush! For blush, lightly dab a small amount on your cheekbones, blend in circular motions, and pat with your fingers. Q: What's your honest opinion when you actually wear it? A: The ingredients are so good that I feel confident using it. The gradient application works surprisingly well, and the toned-down orange-coral color is easy for anyone to wear. It's moisturizing and temporarily smooths out dead skin cells. Q: Who would you recommend this to? A: Those with deep undertones - the slightly toned-down red-orange coral will especially suit those with warm undertones! Anyone can wear it if applied lightly. Those with dry lips looking for a moisturizing lipstick - It applies moisturizing but doesn't have the best staying power. However, it seems to slightly plump up dry skin. Q: Can you briefly describe this lipstick for someone just looking for a new one? A: The key point of this lipstick is its creamy texture. As mentioned earlier, the formula is very hydrating, so you can apply it comfortably without any burden! Q: Is it weird to use this with lip balm? A: Personally, I prefer to maintain the original texture of lipsticks, whether they're matte or moisturizing. However, since this is already a moisturizing formula, using a small amount of lip balm should be fine. Just be careful not to apply too much lip balm, as it can make the lipstick too shiny, alter your preferred texture, and increase transfer. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedFeb 4, 2020
As someone with lip allergies, I was thrilled to find that this product caused absolutely no irritation on my lips. Plus, the color is gorgeous! While the color payoff is beautiful, the lipstick fades away too quickly after application. - lo*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedDec 27, 2019
The color payoff is natural, and it doesn't cause any blemishes. While it's on the matte side, I actually prefer it since I don't like shine. Even though the texture is matte, it keeps my lips moisturized without any feeling of tightness. It's difficult to purchase offline, and there's a significant price difference between the regular price and promotional offers when buying through the brand's app. - su*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 26, 2019
☆ Purchase Purpose A lipstick free from harmful ingredients ☆ Color & Application (Longevity) As I usually have a warm, light complexion and primarily use coral shades, I bought this because it was labeled as coral. However, it gave me more of a red brick or deep kimchi broth color impression. The application is smooth, but as a result, it doesn't last very long, so you need to reapply frequently. (As you can see in the photo, even after wiping with a tissue, some color remains) While it felt quite different from the coral shade I wanted, I'm satisfied as it gives a warm feeling suitable for fall and winter use As my goal was to find a product without harmful ingredients, I can create various color combinations by mixing this with other Isoi pink or red lipsticks from the same company
