The color payoff was vibrant and intense. The shade itself is quite pretty. The staying power is also impressive! Unfortunately, this color doesn't suit me well. The scent isn't great, and it's quite pricey. Most importantly, it sets too quickly, so if you make a mistake while applying... well, you know. Also, after eating, it tends to wear off only in the center of the lips. I wouldn't recommend it.

The formula is matte and adheres well to the lips, which is great because it doesn't transfer at all when drinking - that's its biggest advantage. For best results, apply a thin layer in the morning and touch up with a different product in the afternoon. If you apply too much, you'll end up with a dead skin cells party by afternoon. If you apply too little, it completely disappears from the inner part of your lips, which doesn't look pretty. Also, it sets so quickly that it's difficult to apply without using your fingers. 1. Long-lasting. Once it settles on the lips, it definitely has good staying power. 2. Moisturizing. The inside feels hydrated while the outside feels velvety - it's spot on! 3. The stain it leaves matches the original color. 4. The colors are vibrant and beautiful. The shades are really pretty... but they're more suited for people with fair skin. Am I the only one who feels like it stands out too much on my lips? It made my lips the focal point of my face... 5. After it dries to a velvety finish, there's minimal transfer. 1. Difficult to control the amount. It's hard to apply the right amount, and even if you use a little and spread it on your lips, it's challenging to create a gradient between the applied and non-applied areas. The edges are too defined, and it's hard to follow the lip line. 2. The lipstick peels off. After it dries, the staying power is good, but it feels heavy on the lips. When you press your lips together, it peels off like dead skin... I personally really disliked this... 3. Only the lip line remains. As time passes, the color in the middle of the lips fades away, leaving only a dark outline... As someone who doesn't touch up often and rarely checks the mirror, I get shocked every time I go to the bathroom... It fades so much... If all velvet-type lipsticks are like this, I don't think I'll ever buy a velvet matte lip product again. I'm still trying to figure out how to make it work. I love that the color doesn't leave a pink tint. The staying power is impressive - it lasts even after a meal. Without eating, it seems to hold up from morning until mid-afternoon. This shade looks amazing on my sister! And when applied lightly, it's seriously a game-changer. You've got to try it - it's honestly such a holy grail product, I can't imagine my routine without it. The Red Orange shade is absolutely gorgeous! While the refreshing grapefruit color is pretty too, I personally find this one even more beautiful. It's bursting with a zesty, vibrant potential that's simply irresistible. You need to apply it quickly with swift strokes. Be careful not to get it on your teeth as it's hard to remove once it sets. Take extra caution until it's fully fixed in place. Since it's difficult to remove from your fingers, try applying it to the inner part of your lips and use a cotton swab for a gradient effect.

The color is a vibrant and zesty red-orange shade. It has excellent adherence to the lips and impressive longevity. The application is smooth, and the color payoff is fantastic. Even after applying, it doesn't transfer when your lips touch a cup. Being on the matte side, it severely accentuates dead skin cells and fine lines. It tends to get on teeth quite easily. The high number of potentially irritating ingredients is concerning.
