It really lengthens! Gives a fuller look to lashes and baby hairs. Love that it's in a clear container so you can see how much product is left. It gets a bit cloudy, which makes it tricky to use... The transparent container lets you see the product inside, and the ingredients are pretty good. I can't really think of any downsides. I'm planning to repurchase.

It doesn't irritate the eyes and the applicator tip is easy to use. Beyond that, I'm not sure what else to say. I naturally have long, full lashes that curl upwards like they've been permed, so I might not have noticed much of a change. Strangely, whenever I use this product, my lashes tend to fall out more easily. It seems to have the opposite effect of what an eyelash serum is supposed to do. This might just be my personal experience, though. I'm not sure if it's because of a short shelf life, but after some time, the liquid becomes cloudy. I always apply it right after washing my face, so I don't think any foreign substances could have gotten in. Because of these issues, I've stopped using it. For those with super sensitive skin or prone to allergic reactions, it's important to patch test this product before full application. I use this frequently because I get perms often, and it seems to be quite effective. I'd be even more satisfied if the price was a bit lower, but overall I'm happy with it. The applicator has a wand-like tip, making it easy to apply. I use it because it's said to have gentle ingredients. I didn't apply it daily, but whenever I remembered. Unlike other lash serums that can cause a slight burning sensation, this one truly doesn't irritate at all. Highly recommended for those with super sensitive skin. It's particularly helpful for lashes that have become curly and unruly after a lash perm. Don't expect any dramatic changes like a significant increase in lash volume or length. It's best for simple maintenance after a lash perm.
