As someone with combination dehydrated skin prone to redness and excess heat, this product has been a game-changer. Since I started using it, my complexion has become clearer and my skin feels cooler. Previously, I needed to apply toner three times, but with this, once is enough to prevent deep dryness. Of course, I still follow up with an emulsion and cream, but layering with this toner makes my skin feel so much more hydrated. It's truly impressive! I must admit, the ingredients list isn't particularly impressive. However, I find myself reaching for it repeatedly because it gives me such a satisfying feeling every time I use it.

Let me tell you about my skin - it's oily in summer, dry in winter, and combination in spring. It changes with the seasons (why can't my skin just be normal? Sigh). After my skin first broke out, nothing seemed to help. But then I discovered my holy grail! I'm currently studying abroad in the US, but when I return to Korea next year, the first thing I'm going to do is buy this and the emulsion from the same line. Not bad overall. The texture and scent were nice when applied, and the hydration was decent. I used it well for a while. At some point, I started getting blemishes when using this. I've been using this product for nearly 7 years, and it's truly my holy grail! Even though I've occasionally switched to Kiehl's or IOPE, I always come back to this. Despite being a toner, it's incredibly hydrating - more so than you'd expect from a typical toner! The dispensing is an issue... It wasn't like this before, but with the recent Laneige toners, you have to shake the bottle vigorously to get any product out. Of course, this might partly be because I use a lot for my 7-skin method, applying multiple layers. I noticed my skin becoming brighter while using this toner. It's hydrating and has a subtle fragrance. Unlike some men's toners, it doesn't contain alcohol. I wish it was a bit more concentrated, but overall, it's quite good. - ya******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 2, 2017
I've been using this for years. It's gentle and provides sufficient hydration, making it great for those with dry skin. It's been a while since the product was reformulated, but before that, there was no alcohol smell. However, since the reformulation, there's a rather strong scent... I know alcohol isn't good for the skin, so I hesitate every time I consider repurchasing. Unlike other toners that leave my skin dry quickly, this one doesn't evaporate. It absorbs well into the skin, leaving it feeling hydrated. It's more like applying an essence than a toner. There are more potentially harmful ingredients than I expected. While it does provide some hydration and moisture, it lacks that deeply nourishing feeling. I have combination-to-dry skin without blemishes. This is my second time using the set. I use it every morning and evening, and it seems like there's quite a generous amount of product. One thing's for sure - it feels better than the cheaper skin emulsions from road shop brands. However, I'm not sure if it's because I haven't found my holy grail yet, but I can't really tell what's good or not so good about it. It's decent and fine, so I'm on my second bottle.
