I'm on my 3rd or 4th bottle now, and as someone with combination to oily skin, I can say this cleanser is gentle yet effective at removing makeup. It's perfect in every way. I think I've found my forever cleanser! It stings a bit if it gets in your eyes, and it's slightly oily, but not excessively so. It removes makeup really well and it's incredibly gentle with no irritation. The only disappointing thing is that there's nothing disappointing about it! It's the best. Everyone should use this. Soak a cotton pad with it, then gently press it on your eyes instead of rubbing right away. I highly recommend this product for its gentle yet effective removal! It doesn't cause any eye irritation, so there's no discomfort when using it. I use cleansing oil for my face, but this is my go-to for removing eye makeup. The one downside for me is that the narrow opening makes it a bit difficult to dispense the product smoothly.
