It's wonderfully cooling and convenient, but I'm concerned about its staying power and a few other aspects. The staying power is really poor, and the amount is far too little. No sticky feeling, making it comfortable and easy to spray! It's also great value for money. Being a compressed spray formula, there's quite a bit of excess mist that spreads around. It has a slight medicinal scent, so I wouldn't recommend using it indoors.
