The color gives a natural brightening effect, making it great for a light application. I'd recommend it for quick trips out or when heading to study. Above all, I think the price is an incredible advantage. However, in my case, when I applied only this brightening moisturizer with SPF, I noticed it would pill or make my skin look dirty over time.
