Make sure to distinguish between the side that goes on your face and the outer side when applying. There's a lot of thick cream left on the plastic backing, so scrape it off and apply it to your face before putting on the mask!

At first, the sheet felt too dry, so I contacted the company. They said this is the intended texture for this mask. Honestly, I didn't feel any hydration at all after applying it.
