Since my baby has heat rash on their face, I'm relieved to use this as Hwahae shows it doesn't contain any harmful ingredients. However, when squeezing out the soothing gel, too much comes out at once. If someone accidentally steps on it, it might be all over! I've heard that applying only soothing gel can actually lead to dryness as the moisture evaporates. So, I apply the soothing gel first, let it absorb, and then layer on a cream for extra hydration.
